  • For the passion fruit ganache filling: In a pot, heat cream and glucose syrup and bring to a boil.
  • Cut chocolate into chunks. Transfer chocolate chunks to the pot and cook until melted.
  • Remove pot from heat. Add passion fruit and butter. Mix thoroughly.
  • To prepare the chocolate eggs, you need to have the molds ready.
  • In a pot, heat cream, honey, and praline syrup and bring to a boil. Add chocolate and heat over low heat until melted.
  • For the mini eggs: Get a mini egg silicone mold ready.
  • Cut chocolate into chunks. In a pot, melt chocolate in a water bath.
  • Pour melted chocolate into the mini egg silicone mold. Flip mold to remove excess chocolate. Refrigerate.
  • Remove chocolate eggshells from fridge and fill them with passion fruit ganache and praline syrup.
  • Slightly heat a bit of chocolate and smear it onto the lip of one half of the eggshell. Glue the top half to the bottom. Refrigerate. Remove passion fruit ganache & praline syrup-filled mini eggs from the fridge and serve.
