  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons clove powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 cups chantilly cream, for garnish
  • pecans, chopped, for garnish
  • peppermint, for garnish
  • 1 package cookies, vanilla

  • Using a mixer, whisk cream cheese until soft and smooth.
  • Add pumpkin purée, sugar, and spices.
  • Mix ingredients thoroughly.
  • In a bowl, place whipping cream and whisk to firm peaks.
  • Fold whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture little by little.
  • Chop vanilla cookies and place a thick layer inside a container.
  • Place a layer of pumpkin mixture on top. Place a layer of Chantilly cream on top. For a smoother finish, place pumpkin mixture and chantilly cream using a piping bag.
  • Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up and the container is full.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of the pumpkin trifle and garnish with mint leaves.
