Rainbow Gelatin

  • 1.5 liters water
  • 1/2 cups grape gelatin
  • 1/2 cups blueberry gelatin
  • 1/2 cups lime gelatin
  • 1/2 cups pineapple gelatin
  • 1/2 cups orange gelatin
  • 1/2 cups strawberry gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk, ¼ cup for each gelatin
  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • In a pot, bring water to a boil. Set aside.
  • Pour 3 ladles of water into a bowl and add grape gelatin. Pour half of the mixture into a previously greased mold. Let set for 15 minutes. Pour ¼ cup of condensed milk into the remaining grape mixture and mix thoroughly. Add the next layer and let set for 15 minutes. Repeat with each color until all ingredients are used up.
  • Refrigerate rainbow gelatin 1 more hour and unmold.
  • Serve rainbow gelatin garnished with a bit of whipped cream.
