Raspberry Cookies

  • 3/4 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 box flavored gelatin dessert
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • nonpareil sprinkles, golden

  • Preheat oven to 356 ºF.
  • In a bowl, combine sugar, butter, vanilla essence, and eggs. Mix until perfectly incorporated.
  • Add raspberries gelatin powder and flour and mix thoroughly.
  • Knead dough and wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Carefully roll out dough on a floured surface. Cut cookies using a cookie cutter.
  • Transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes at 356 ºF.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Sprinkle golden nonpareil sprinkles at the center of the raspberry cookies.
