  • 10 guavas, cut into halves, seeded
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 cup strawberries, rinsed and hulled
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • 1 cup guava, for garnish
  • 1 cup strawberries, hydrated

  • In a pot with water, add guavas and a cinnamon stick and cook for 10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  • In a blender, combine guavas, strawberries, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream cheese, whipping cream, and melted unflavored gelatin and blend until smooth.
  • Pour blended mixture into a gelatin mold and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • Unmold and garnish with guavas and strawberries.
