  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/3 cups icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • some strawberries, for garnish
  • some peppermint, for garnish

  • Preheat oven to 356 °F.
  • Combine cream cheese, strawberries, sour cream, and icing sugar in a T-fal® InfinyForce blender and blend using the "dessert" setting. Refrigerate and set aside.
  • For the cake: Beat egg whites. Once they start to build, add half the sugar and beat until fluffy.
  • Beat yolks with the remaining half sugar. Add vanilla essence and beaten egg whites. Add flour little by little until perfectly incorporated. Add butter.
  • In a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, spread mixture and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle granulated sugar. Unmold on parchment paper. Place a wet cloth on top. Set aside.
  • Spread filling and roll gently. Make sure not to break the cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Garnish strawberry vanilla Swiss roll cake with icing sugar, strawberries, and mint.
