Preheat oven to 356 °F.
Cut pound cake into 0.5-inch-thick slices. Using a tree cookie cutter, cut two trees in each slice.
Combine raw sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Add sour cream and melted chocolate.
Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
Grease a pound cake pan and pour half of the batter.
Arrange pound cake slices cut into trees in a line at the center.
Pour remaining batter on top.
Bake at 356 °F for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven. Let cool for 30 minutes. Unmold. Let cool completely on a rack.
For the glaze: Combine sifted icing sugar with milk. Once the pound cake is cold, pour glaze on top and garnish with rainbow sprinkles.
