  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cups corn kernels
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 cups rompope

  • In a small pot, melt butter over medium heat and cook corn kernels until softened. Remove and let cool.
  • In a blender, combine corn kernels and condensed milk and blend until smooth.
  • In a mixer, mix cream until doubled in size. Add previous mixture in an even stream stirring constantly. Once perfectly incorporated, pour mixture into a pan and freeze until solid.
  • Serve sweet corn ice cream with rompope.
