  • 2 liters cow's milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 0.2 oz each, hydrated 
  • 3 liters water, hot, divided 
  • 1 envelope strawberry gelatin, 0.8 oz
  • 1 envelope lime gelatin, 0.8 oz

  • For the milk gelatin: In a blender, combine hot milk, sugar, cream cheese, vanilla essence, and hydrated unflavored gelatin and blend for 3 minutes until smooth. Pour a thin layer of blended mixture into a previously greased bundt gelatin mold. Refrigerate until set. Set remaining mixture aside.
  • For the water-based gelatin: Divide water into 2 bowls. In the first bowl, add strawberry gelatin powder. In the second bowl, add lime gelatine powder. Mix until completely incorporated. Refrigerate until set. Cut gelatin into uneven-sized cubes and set aside.
  • Remove bundt gelatin mold from the fridge and top with uneven-sized gelatin cubes. Pour remaining milk gelatin into the bundt gelatin mold until full. Refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold and cut tricolor mosaic gelatin into slices. Serve tricolor stained glass gelatin.
