  • 2/3 cups coconut sugar, for the filling 
  • 3/4 cups cocoa powder, for the filling 
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, melted and hydrated, 0.2 oz each, for the filling
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence, for the filling 
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the filling

  • For the crust: In a food processor, combine all the crust ingredients and grind to a paste.
  • Transfer paste to a baking dish or 9-inch tart pan. Using a silicone spatula, spread paste to form a crust. Refrigerate.
  • In a blender, combine all the filling ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour previous mixture into the baking dish. Refrigerate until solid.
  • Garnish vegan chocolate tart with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and almonds on top.
