  • 1/2 cups Ades® soy milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cups cocoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cups agave syrup
  • 1/2 cups apple purée
  • 1/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cups semi-dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt

  • Preheat oven to 347 ºF.
  • In a bowl, combine oatmeal, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly. In a different bowl, combine Ades® natural soy juice, apple purée, vegetable oil, and vanilla essence.
  • Combine Ades® natural soy juice mixture and dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Grease a rectangular pan.
  • Pour batter into the pan and bake for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Cut vegan double chocolate brownies into medium-sized squares.
