  • 4 ounces coffee, café de olla, prepared in advance

  • In a pot, heat coffee, piloncillo, and cinnamon and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Set aside.
  • In a shaker, add 4 ounces of café de olla, licor 43, and ice cubes. Shake thoroughly until completely incorporated.
  • Serve ice cubes in a glass. Pour carajillo. Garnish café de olla carajillo with a cinnamon stick.
