Carajillo Frappé

Having a party and you’re still planning your bar? Here is an excellent and outrageously good carajillo frappé that will be a hit at your gathering! Nothing can go wrong when combining espresso coffee, coffee liqueur, whipped cream, and ice cubes!

  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/2 cups espresso coffee
  • 1/4 cups Licor 43
  • 1/4 cups coffee cream
  • some whipped cream, for garnish
  • some ground coffee, for garnish

  • In a blender, combine ice cubes, espresso coffee, Licor 43, and coffee cream liqueur and blend until smooth.
  • Serve carajillo frappé garnished with a bit of whipped cream and coffee powder. Add a dash of Licor 43.
