  • 1 tablespoon chamoy
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • some ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons lime
  • 1/2 cups spiced tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons celery, cut into small-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons cucumber, cut into small-sized cubes
  • 1/2 cups dried meat
  • 1 beer
  • 1/4 cups pink shrimp
  • some dried meat, for garnish

  • Place salt on a plate. Pour lime juice into another plate. Dip the rim of a beer mug in lime juice and coat in salt to create an even rim. Set aside.
  • Pour chamoy into the beer mug. Add Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lime. Mix with a spoon.
  • Add ice cubes and spiced tomato juice. Mix with a bar spoon. Add celery, cucumber, beef jerky, and pink shrimp. Pour beer into the beer mug little by little.
  • Garnish classic michelada norteña with beef jerky.
