Coconut Pineapple Margarita

Refreshing and sweet, this coconut pineapple margarita is everything a good summer drink must be! The tasty coconut cream and pineapple juice combo is perfect for this tropical cocktail. Add a delicious lime and pineapple skewer and a cocktail umbrella for the final touch!

  • 3 tablespoons corn syrup, for the rim
  • 3 tablespoons coconut, for the rim
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 4 ounces Tequila
  • 4 ounces triple sec orange liqueur
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces coconut cream
  • 2 skewers, of pineapple and live, for garnish

  • Wet each glass or cocktail glass rim with corn syrup and dip in coconut to create an even rim.
  • For the margarita: In a T-fal® InfinyForce blender, combine ice cubes, Tequila, triple sec, lime juice, pineapple juice, and coconut cream. Blend with the “ice” setting for 10 seconds or until smooth.
  • Serve coconut pineapple margarita immediately and garnish with pineapple and lime skewers.
