  • 1/2 cups mango, cut into small-sized cubes
  • 1 Habanero chile, cut into round slices
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons mango juice
  • 1 ounce Tequila
  • some sparkling water
  • some lime, cut into wheels, for garnish
  • some Habanero chile, for garnish 
  • some mango, dried

  • In a 12-ounce glass, add mango, Habanero chile, and simple syrup.
  • Let mango and Habanero chile marinate. Using a spoon, press down mango and Habanero chiles into the bottom of the glass so their flavors seep into the simple syrup.
  • Add lime juice, mango juice, and Tequila. Fill glass with sparkling water. Do not mix the ingredients so you can see the layers.
  • Garnish mango Habanero paloma with lime wheels, Habanero chile, and dried mango. Serve mango Habanero paloma with a drink stirrer.
