  • 1 cup tamarind paste
  • 3/4 cups Miguelito chile powder
  • 2 tablespoons chamoy
  • 2 cups candied sesame seeds
  • 6 cans beer
  • 2 cups spicy potato chips
  • 2 cups cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • some lime, cut into halves
  • 1/2 cups hot sauce

  • In a bowl, combine tamarind paste, Miguelito chile powder, and chamoy. Mix until completely incorporated.
  • Dip the rim of a beer can into the previous mixture until ¼ of the can is covered with the spicy tamarind paste. In a bowl, place candied sesame seeds. Dip tamarind-rimmed can in candied sesame seeds. Place the 6 rimmed beer cans on a serving tray. Set aside.
  • Arrange spicy potato chips, cucumber, carrots, and peanuts in the serving tray until the bottom is completely covered. Drizzle hot sauce on top.
  • Serve Mexican cerillitos in the same serving tray.
