  • 1 cup mango, frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen
  • 2 ounces Tequila
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup mango juice, or pineapple juice
  • piquín chile, for the rim
  • 1 lemon, for garnish

  • Freeze mango and pinneaple. Set aside.
  • In a blender, combine frozen mango, frozen pineapple, Tequila, ice cubes, and lime juice and blend until a frapée consistency is obtained.
  • Wet the rim of a glass with half a lime and dip it in piquín chile to create an even chile rim.
  • Serve pineapple mango margarita in a glass garnished with a lemon wheel.
