  • 1 tablespoon Habanero hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 cups tomato clam juice
  • some ice cubes
  • 2 ounces Tequila
  • 1 beer
  • some black olives
  • some lime, sliced

  • On a plate, arrange a bed of salt and pour lime juice into a dip bowl. Wet the rim of the glass with lime juice. Dip in salt to create an even rim. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine Habanero hot sauce, black hot sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and clam and tomato juice. Mix with a spoon or a whisk. Set aside.
  • In the rimmed glass, add ice cubes. Pour the glass about halfway full of clam and tomato juice and tequila. Mix with a bar spoon. Pour beer little by little until glass is full.
  • Garnish tequila michelada with a black olive skewer and lime wheels.
