Apricot-Mustard Glazed Ham

  • 2 kilos ham
  • 2 cups apricot jam
  • 1/4 cups mustard seeds
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 slices canned pineapple
  • red grapes

  • Preheat oven to 392 °F.
  • Cut ham in diagonal to make diamond cuts and place it on a baking sheet.
  • Bake ham for 1 hour.
  • In a deep container, combine apricot jam and mustard.
  • Remove ham from oven. Brush with jam and mustard sauce and return ham to the oven. Brush every 15 minutes until all the sauce is used up and the ham is brown and glossy (for about 1 extra hour).
  • Remove apricot-mustard glazed ham from oven. Using toothpicks, place pineapple rings and grapes on top.
  • Serve apricot-mustard glazed ham on a plate garnished with grapes.
