  • Preheat oven to 392 ºF.
  • On a baking sheet, arrange a bed of tortilla chips.
  • In a deep bowl, mix tomato, cilantro, and salt.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil and fry onion, garlic, and cumin for 5 minutes.
  • Pour onion mixture into the bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  • Spread ½ tablespoon of beans over each tortilla chip. Sprinkle cheese all over the tortilla chips. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  • Remove easy nachos from oven. Place easy nachos on a platter and garnish with tomato mixture and pickled Jalapeño chiles.
