  • In a blender, combine sour cream, table cream, horchata concentrate, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, and condensed milk and blend until smooth. In a bowl, pour blended mixture. Add melon, strawberries, kiwi, and peaches. Using a silicone spatula, mix until completely incorporated. Set aside.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 2 hours. Unmold fruit horchata popsicles and serve.
