Antipasto Cheese Ball Christmas Tree

  • 1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, for the dip
  • 1/4 cups bell pepper, mix of colors, finely chopped, for the dip
  • 1 cup salami, finely chopped, for the dip
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped, for the dip
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, for the dip
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the dip
  • 2 morita chiles, finely chopped, for the dip
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for the dip
  • 1 cup black olives, for garnishing the dip
  • 1 cup green olives, big and small, for garnishing the dip
  • some yellow bell pepper, and red, cut into small circles and star, for garnish
  • some rosemary, for garnishing the dip
  • saltine crackers, for serving

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dip and mix until perfectly incorporated.
  • Line a chopping board with plastic wrap. Add the previous mixture and cover with plastic wrap. Using your hands, shape the dip into a cone. Transfer to a wooden chopping board and cover with green and black olives. Garnish with bell pepper circles and rosemary. Top with a bell pepper star for the final touch. Refrigerate.
