  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cups red wine
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • some salt
  • some pepper

  • In a pot, pour cranberry juice, red wine, and balsamic vinegar. Cook for 5 minutes to reduce the acidity of the mixture.
  • Add honey, ginger, cranberries, and cinnamon stick. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until reduced.
  • In a bowl, add cornstarch, pour half a cup of cranberry sauce, and mix to dissolve any lumps. Pour mixture into the pot with cranberry sauce
  • Cook for 5 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add butter and melt. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Serve cranberry sauce over turkey breast.
