  • On a chopping board, roll out tamarind candies with a rolling pin. Join the ends of the tamarind candies to make a single fruit leather. Cover apples with fruit leather, shaping it with your warm hands. Sprinkle covered apples with chile powder and cut into eighths. Remove seeds.
