  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, onion, finely chopped parsley, and rice. Season with salt, pepper, and spices.
  • In a pot, cook tomatoes. Once cooked through, transfer to a blender. Add onion and a garlic clove and blend until smooth. Strain the sauce into a pot. Add water and bring to a boil over low heat. Season with granulated chicken or vegetable bouillon.
  • Using your hands, take a portion of ground beef mixture and form meatballs of the desired size. Place meatballs on a plate.
  • Transfer meatballs to the pot with tomato sauce. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve grandma’s meatballs with white rice.
