  • In a blender, combine chiles, cumin, pepper, oregano, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and salt and blend until smooth.
  • In a bowl, add pork steak and pour blended mixture over it. Let marinate for 2 hours.
  • For the guacamole: In a bowl, mash avocado to a purée. Mix onion, tomato, serrano chiles, cilantro, and lime juice. Season.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook marinated pork steak. Season with a bit of salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and remove from heat. Serve pork steak adobo with guacamole.
