  • For the marinade: In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, one finely chopped clove of garlic, and seasoning sauce.
  • Cut chicken breast into strips and then into medium-sized cubes. Marinate chicken in the previous preparation. Let rest for 15 minutes.
  • Cut lettuce with your hands to keep it from turning brown. Place in a salad bowl and add spinach.
  • Core apples, cut into thin wedges, and transfer to the salad bowl.
  • Cut zucchinis into medium-sized cubes and transfer to the salad bowl.
  • Peel avocado, cut into thin slices, and transfer to the salad bowl.
  • Add alfalfa sprouts and pine nuts.
  • In a grill or skillet, heat a bit of oil and sear marinated chicken cubes. Cook until cooked through.
  • For the vinaigrette: In a bowl, mix vinegar, olive oil, pepper, salt, garlic purée, and thyme sprigs thoroughly.
