  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, carrots, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, bacon, seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands until completely incorporated. Set aside.
  • Using your hands, form meatballs. Press firmly to shape into 0.5 x 3.1-inch patties. Place patties on a baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil and cook patties for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Set aside.
  • On a griddle, spray a bit of cooking oil and heat hamburger buns. Spread mayo on the heels and stack with lettuce, patties, American cheese, tomato, onion, Jalapeño chiles, mustard, ketchup, and crown. Serve hamburgers with French fries on the side.
