  • In a heat-resistant baking dish, add eggs and whisk with a fork. Add almond flour, coconut flour, softened butter, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly with a silicone spatula or with the same fork.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, mix until completely incorporated. Spread evenly. Add remaining seeds on top and microwave for 3 minutes. Let keto bread sit for 30 seconds before removing from the microwave.
  • Let it cool, unmold, and cut keto bread into slices. Garnish keto bread with honey or make the sandwich of your choice.
