  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and dry yeast. Add water little by little until a semi-thick dough is obtained.
  • Let rise at room temperature. Transfer dough to an airtight air glass jar and refrigerate overnight.
  • Reactivate dough by adding small evenly portions of flour and water. Keep in mind that texture mustn’t change. Repeat for 3 days.
  • Sourdough starter is ready to be used in any other recipe.
  • Sourdough starter must be reactivated or fed daily. Every time you use some sourdough starter you must replace it as it is a cycle to keep yeast alive.
