  • For the Jalapeño dressing: In a bowl, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, Jalapeño chiles, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  • On a chopping board, cut sandwich bread crusts off with a serrated knife. Set aside.
  • On a plate or wooden base, place a layer of sandwich bread and top with a layer of Jalapeño dressing. Spread Jalapeño dressing with a silicone spatula. Add a layer of ham and top with a layer of American cheese. Place a layer of sandwich bread and top with a layer of Jalapeño dressing. Add a layer of pepperoni and top with a layer of sandwich bread, Jalapeño dressing, and Mortadella. Cover with a layer of sandwich bread.
  • Spread remaining Jalapeño dressing over the sandwich loaf and level with a silicone spatula. Garnish lunch meat sandwich loaf with red bell pepper, green bell pepper, mortadella, and pepperoni.
  • Cut lunch meat sandwich loaf into slices and serve with pickled chiles.
