  • For the white corn tortillas: In a bowl, mix hot water and salt. Using a spoon, mix until soft. Knead until perfectly incorporated. Form masa dough balls and set aside.
  • For the blue corn tortillas: In a bowl, mix hot water and salt. Using a spoon, mix until soft. Knead until perfectly incorporated. Form masa dough balls and set aside.
  • For the yellow corn tortillas: In a bowl, mix hot water and salt. Using a spoon, mix until soft. Knead until perfectly incorporated. Form masa dough balls and set aside.
  • Place butcher paper on both sides of the tortilla press. Place one masa dough ball in the tortilla press and press to form the tortilla. Mix colors as shown in the video to make different shapes.
  • On a griddle, cook tortillas over medium heat for 2 minutes. Flip colorful corn tortillas occasionally.
