  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cups bacon, fried, finely chopped 
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices Manchego cheese
  • 3 burger buns
  • mustard
  • red beefsteak tomato, cut into round slices
  • red onion, cut into round slices
  • bacon, thinly sliced
  • lettuce

  • Jalapeño chile

  • In a bowl, combine ground veal, cilantro, onion, tomato, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, bacon, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Form 5.2-ounce patties.
  • On a grill, heat oil over high heat. Grill patties on each side to medium level of doneness. Top each patty with cheddar and Manchego cheese slices. Let cheese slices melt. Set aside.
  • For stacking the classic cheeseburger: Spread a bit of mustard on each bun heel. Stack burgers with patties, lettuce, red beefsteak tomato slices, red onion slices, bacon, pickles, Jalapeño chiles, and ketchup. Place bun crown on top.
