  • 1/2 cups chamoy
  • 300 grams piloncillo
  • 1/2 cups chamoy powder, Miguelito
  • 1/2 cups chile powder, Tajín
  • 1/4 cups hot sauce, Salsa Valentina or Salsa Huichol  
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 400 grams Cazares
  • 200 grams churrito snacks, spicy
  • some lime
  • some chile powder
  • some chamoy

  • In a pot over medium heat, heat piloncillo, chile powder, chamoy, chamoy powder, hot sauce, and lime juice until a thick caramel is obtained.
  • In a bowl, mix churrito snacks, Cazares, and caramel, and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into a previously greased tube pan and press firmly. Let dry.
  • Once Mexican spicy chips wreath is dry, unmold and serve with lime, chile powder, and chamoy on top.
