  • Preheat oven to 356 °F.
  • For the pizza dough: On a clean and flat surface, pile flour into a mound. Add salt, yeast, oil, and water little by little as needed to keep the dough from being either too moist or too dry. Mix with your hand until a smooth pizza dough is formed. Transfer pizza dough to a previously greased bowl. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for 30 minutes. Set aside.
  • On a flat surface, sprinkle flour and roll out pizza dough using a rolling pin until a disc of about 15.7-inch in diameter is obtained. Transfer dough disc to a pizza pan. Spread a bed of beans on top. Top with a layer of cheese. Place a layer of chorizo on top. Top with a layer of onion. Place Jalapeño chiles on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until pizza dough is cooked through. Set aside.
  • Slice Mexican pizza using a pizza cutter or a knife and garnish with yellow corn kernels.
