  • 4 tomatillos, peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 can Jalapeño chile, 15.5 oz
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 4 pepper

  • In a small pot, heat water over medium heat. Cook tomatillos for 6 minutes or until they turn color. Drain.
  • Transfer tomatillos to a blender, add garlic cloves, onion, Jalapeño chiles, sour cream, coarse salt, and pepper, and blend until smooth.
