  • 1 clove garlic, peeled

  • 1/4 cups lime juice, seeded
  • 6 avocados, pitted, ripe
  • 1/2 bunches cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Habanero chiles, cut into round slices
  • 1/2 cups red onion, pickled

  • For the guacamole: In a molcajete crush onion, garlic, coarse salt, and lime juice to a purée. Add avocado and mix until perfectly incorporated. Add chopped cilantro and mix with a spoon.
  • Add Habanero chiles and combine with previous mixture. Add pickled onions. Serve Habanero guacamole with snacks like onion rings, french fries, and tacos dorados.
