  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook Jalapeño chiles, serrano chiles, and garlic for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, heat more olive oil and cook peanuts for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
  • In a food processor, combine chiles, garlic, peanuts, cilantro, white vinegar, and salt, and grind for 10 minutes or until a smooth salsa is obtained.
  • Serve peanut salsa verde in a clay container garnished with sunflower seeds and with tostadas on the side.
