  • On a chopping board, finely chop tomato and serrano chile. Set aside.  
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat vegetable oil. Fry onion for 3 minutes, add tomatoes, and serrano chiles. Season with a bit of salt.
  • Add sausages, seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lime juice.
  • Serve Mexican-style sausages with corn tortillas and serve with chopped cilantro.
