  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted 
  • 1 cup cow's milk

  • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine butter, milk, and egg.
  • Transfer milk mixture to the first bowl and mix with a whisker until a lumpy pancake batter is obtained.
  • In a large skillet, heat a bit of butter. Ladle pancake batter onto the skillet making pancakes of any size you like.
  • Flip pancakes after bubbles rise to surface and bottom is brown. Top everyday pancakes with butter and maple syrup.
