Bacon Pasta

  • 1 liter water
  • 2 packages spaghetti pasta
  • some salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese
  • pepper
  • 1 cup bacon, finely chopped
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • parsley, for serving

  • In a pot, heat water over medium heat and add spaghetti and salt. Cook for 10 minutes or until done. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine eggs and Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Beat until smooth.
  • In a skillet, cook bacon over low heat until crispy. Add previous mixture and pasta and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve bacon pasta topped with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
