  • 2 liters water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup elbow pasta, no. 2
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cups canned pineapple, cut into small-sized cubes
  • 1/2 cups turkey deli ham, cut into small-sized cubes
  • 1/2 cups green seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 1/4 cups dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cups toasted pecans

  • In a small pot bring water to a boil. Add olive oil and cook pasta al dente. Drain pasta and rinse under cold running water. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, sour cream, and a bit of salt. Add pasta.
  • Add pineapple, ham, apple, grapes, cranberries, and pecans.
  • Serve Christmas pasta salad.
