  • 1 cup elbow pasta, small
  • 2 cups Cheetos, Flamin' Hot
  • 1 cup bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups table cream, for the sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the sauce
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded

  • Heat water in a pot over high heat. Once it comes to a boil, add salt and elbow pasta. Cook until soft. Strain and set aside.
  • Place Flamin' Hot Cheetos in a resealable plastic bag. Crush using a rolling pin. Set aside.
  • Heat a pot over medium heat. Cook bacon until golden brown. Add onion and sweat. Add chicken broth, garlic powder, and cream cheese. Mix until it melts.
  • Add table cream and cheese. Cook until sauce thickens and cheeses melt. Add elbow pasta and mix without overcooking.
  • Serve Flamin' Hot Cheetos mac & cheese and sprinkle with crushed Cheetos.
