  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 500 grams spaghetti pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • pepper
  • 1 cup deli ham, thick, cut into small-sized cubes
  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • parsley, for garnish

  • Heat a pot of water over high heat and bring to a boil. Add salt. Once it boils again, add spaghetti. Cook for 10 minutes. Strain. Cool and reserve.
  • In a deep skillet, cook butter, cream, milk, cheeses, nutmeg, and pepper until cheeses melt.
  • Add pasta and ham. Mix until completely incorporated.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley. Serve three-cheese spaghetti with ham with bread.
