  • 1/2 kilos sea bass fillet, cut into small-sized cubes
  • 1/2 cups lime juice, for marinating the fish
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for marinating the fish
  • 1/2 cups tomato, seeded, cut into small-sized cubes
  • 1/2 cups red onion, cut into small-sized cubes
  • 2 manzano chiles, cut into small-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 avocado, fanned, for garnish
  • 1 radish, cut into round slices, for garnish

  • In a bowl, combine small-sized fish cubes, lime juice, olive oil, and a bit of salt. Let sit in the fridge for 1 hour until lime juice changes the fish consistency.
  • Mix fish, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and manzano chile. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Serve ceviche in cups garnished with fanned avocado and radish. Serve ceviche cups with crackers.
