  • Mix red onion, oregano, salt, and lime juice. Set aside.
  • Combine cilantro, chile, avocado, yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
  • Place fish in a banana leaf. Season with salt and pepper. Place some butter cubes. Wrap. Cook in a skillet over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Set aside.
  • Serve fish in the banana leaf with cilantro sauce and pickled onions. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
