  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 700 grams medium-sized shrimp, clean and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons Tequila
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons chile powder
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, seedless, cut into quarters

  • Place shrimp on a plate and garnish with cilantro.
