  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons serrano chile, chopped
  • 2 cups canned tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cups tomato purée
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cups cilantro
  • some tostadas
  • some sour cream
  • some avocado, thinly sliced

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook onion, garlic, tomato, serrano chile, tuna, tomato purée, salt, pepper, cumin, and lime juice for 10 minutes. Add cilantro and set aside.
