  • 2 serrano chiles, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups serrano chile, finely chopped

  • In a bowl, combine tomato, onion, serrano chile, cilantro, ketchup, tomato clam juice, lime, Maggi seasoning sauce, olive oil, and Tabasco sauce. Add shrimp and set aside.
  • On a chopping board, cut avocados into halves. Slice the avocados in half and remove the seeds.
  • Serve shrimp cocktail stuffed avocados on a plate with saltine crackers and lime on the side.
